Through Creating a Friendly Workplace Culture, AUO has been listed 6 Consecutive Years in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index.
With up to 44% of board members and a quarter of our leadership roles appointed female, AUO seeks workspace gender diversity, equity, and inclusivity.
In diversity and equity, AUO provides resources for our colleagues, women's community, and lectures regarding raising workspace equity, gender awareness, and diversity empowerment. For inclusivity, further to mention, one of our female colleagues and a supervisor from the Philippines, has accomplished many in her career developments here at AUO and earned the 2022 Taoyuan Women Power Awards（桃好女力獎(jiǎng)）.
