With a focus on high-value product development, AUO is deepening collaboration across the global industrial ecosystem, expanding both scope and scale of partnerships, and driving transformation excellence guided by the principle of co-creation. ? This strategic direction is reflected in AUO’s comprehensive approach to high-value applications, cross-domain integration, and sustainable innovation through its business pillars: ''Display'' is driving smart applications through value-added LCD and Micro LED technologies; ''Mobility Solutions'' centers on Display Human-Machine Interface, which has been successfully delivered to automotive OEMs, and continues to strengthen smart cockpit solutions aligned with software-defined vehicle trends; “Vertical Solutions” integrates display technologies with global resources, ESG trends, and AI to deliver sustainable smart solutions across diverse domains. ? During the summit, AUO highlighted three strategic priorities—supply chain transformation, technological innovation, and sustainable development—showcasing its forward-looking initiatives and achievements under its transformation roadmap. ? In terms of supply chain transformation, AUO recognizes that the supply chain has become central to corporate strategy, with procurement evolving toward greater integration and foresight. As a result, AUO has comprehensively upgraded its procurement approach by introducing the "4C1S" framework, which emphasizes Convergence, Competitiveness, Collaboration, Cognitive AI, and Sustainability. Through the deployment of AI platform, AUO is driving digital transformation and enhancing cybersecurity, laying the foundation for a globally sustainable ecosystem. ? This includes the integration of AI with display technologies to develop glasses-free 3D and AR smart glasses, as well as the promotion of energy-efficient displays and high-value applications such as Micro LED. AUO is also actively expanding into smart mobility and various vertical domains. ? In terms of sustainable development, AUO is guided by its EPS framework—Environment, People, and Society. Building on the early achievement of its 2025 goals, AUO has unveiled the "EPS 2030" roadmap, setting more ambitious targets for carbon emission reduction and the adoption and procurement of recycled materials by 2030. Through initiatives led by the AUO Foundation and the ESG action platform, the company is also enhancing the sustainability competitiveness of its suppliers, fostering a mutually prosperous ecosystem. ? Through the GPS summit, AUO shared its achievements in technological innovation and strategic transformation with global supply chain partners, strengthening a shared vision and momentum for future collaboration. In addition to recognizing outstanding suppliers, the event featured a series of technology showcases—from materials and design to system integration—allowing attendees to witness the co-creation possibilities enabled by AUO's technological capabilities and forward-looking vision.
